Hitchins to headline against Zepeda in first Main-event on Dazn.

Saturday, September 23, 2023- at the Caribe Royale Orlando in Orlando, Florida, promoter Eddie Hearn and Matchroom Boxing delivers fight fans a exciting night of boxing with a stacked fight card compiled of championship fights. In the main-event schedule for 12-rounds, we will see 2016 Rio Olympian Richardson Hitchins, (16-0, 7ko) take on a dangerous, former three-time world title challenger in Jose Zepeda, (37-3, 28ko).

For the 25yr old Hitchins, defeating a name like Zepda solidifies his campaign as a true, and worthy world title contender in the division. As for Jose Zepeda, getting a win over a promising prospect such as Hitchins would keeps his name in line for being deserving of another world title opportunity. This fight will be for the WBC Silver, WBO NABO and IBF North American super lightweight titles.

This card will also see (#2) world ranked welterweight womens title holder Jessica McCaskill,(12-3, 5ko) putting her WBC, WBA & IBO World Titles on the line against (#4) world ranked Sandy Ryan,(6-1, 2ko)(of the United Kingdom), in a scheduled 10-round world title unification bout with the WBC, WBO,WBA & IBO welterweight World titles on the line.

Welterweight contender Conor Benn (21-0, 14ko) (of the United Kingdom) will make his highly anticipated return to the ring after nearly 17-months away, Benn will take on Rodolfo Orozco (32-3-3, 24ko) (of Mexico) in a scheduled 10-round bout.

Rounding out the televised portion of the card undefeated, (#8)world ranked middleweight contender Austin Williams,(14-0,10ko), will take on veteran Steve Rolls, (22-2, 12ko) for the IBF North American Middleweight title, in a bout scheduled for 10-rounds.
