Mykal Fox inks new deal with Jeter Promotions

(World ranked welterweight)— Mykal Fox, has inked a new promotional deal with Jeter Promotions, based out of Hanover, Md.

Fox,(28) is a fighter that is known to never stray away from a challenge, having been faced against elite level opposition such as former world title challengers Egidijus Kavaliauskas, Demarcus Corley, also defeating 2016-Olympic Gold Medalist Fazliddin Gaibnazarow . However, Fox’s most notable performance came in a controversial loss to Gabriel Mastre, in August of 2021, when the two fought for the WBA interim world welterweight title, a performance that had the boxing world upside down, questioning the judges ruling. In the fight Fox, would drop Mastre, appearing to out perform the former Venezuelan Olympian over [12 rounds], yet still seaming to draw the short side on the judges scorecards in the fight.

Fox, will make his Jeter Promotions debut July 20, at Live Casino & Hotel, in Hanover, Md, as he looks to continue his pursuit for a world title.
