(Oct. 05, 2025)— World-ranked Bantamweight Contender Dominique “Dimes” Crowder (18-0, 11KOs), a native of Baltimore, Maryland, will make his anticipated return to the ring October 18th at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

Crowder will take on Fernando Diaz (16-5-1, 6KOs), in a scheduled [10-round] contest, serving as the co-Main event to the Danny Garcia vs Daniel Gonzalez headliner that is being called “Farewell To Brooklynn”, for what will presumably be the final fight of former world champion Danny Garcia’s decorated professional career.

Crowder, is a tall, rangy technician that presents a difficult puzzle for his opponents do his ability to box-and-bang from behind his troublesome range. The former Golden Gloves Champion most recently came off a first-round K.O victory over renowned knockout artist Duke Micah (24-2, 19KOs) in November of 2024.

Crowder has been very vocal about his desires to land a world title eliminator bout—or, ideally, to compete for a world championship. Securing a victory on this stage would presumably help to position him even closer to landing such opportunities.

Former National Golden Gloves Champion, Quincey Williams (5-0, 5KOs), a native of Washington D.C, will also be competing on this card. Williams will be looking to step-up in competition, facing Christopher Rodriguez (13-1, 11KOs) of Miami, Florida, in a scheduled 8-round bout.

This card also includes a sturdy lineup of notable names, such as former 130-pound WBA-Interim World Champion Chris “Primetime” Colbert, who is looking to rebound after suffering defeat in his last performance. Also, battle tested ring warriors Gabriel Resado, a former world title challenger taking on a tough 37-fight veteran Vaughn Alexander , in a scheduled [8-round] super-middleweight contest.
